So I decided to eat small portions and enough that I wouldn’t be ‘hungry’ at any point in the day (yes, my cookie cravings aren’t counted as ‘hunger’) and I calculated my total calorie and carb intake for the day and I was shocked! (P.S. I’m on a vegan diet due to health reasons - and yes, that last piece of cake totally killed my vegan ways, but oh well, I’m trying!).
